Are You Ready to Drop, Cover and Hold-On? On October 23rd at 10:23AM (get it?) the states of Montana, Wyoming and Colorado will conduct an earthquake drill known as the Rocky Mountain ShakeOut. In Montana, the event is being organized by Montana Red Cross, the State of Montana Disaster and Emergency Services, the Governor’s Office of Community Service, the Montana Bureau of Mines and Geology, and local partners across the state. Montana is one of the most seismically active states in the nation. With earthquakes an inevitable part of our future, we all need to know ho to protect ourselves, our families and our co-workers. "Drop, Cover and Hold-On" are 3 simple steps that can make all the difference.
