“Are You Seeing What He’s Saying?” Habakkuk 2:1-3 Habakkuk - TopicsExpress

“Are You Seeing What He’s Saying?” Habakkuk 2:1-3 Habakkuk wrestled with God. He was complaining and questioning God. He wanted to know why God was not judging Judah for their iniquities. He did not understand why God was going to use the Babylonians to take Judah into captivity. There is nothing wrong with questioning God, but please know…when we question God or complain about what He is or is not doing about a situation, we better be prepared for the answer. God does not always move in the manner that we expect. Many times we become upset because we cannot manipulate God. Yes, He used another wicked nation to punish Judah. God is sovereign…He can do whatever He wants to, how He wants to, when He wants to. In this season, if our vision is impaired, then our hearing will be impaired. We are in a season of breakthrough. We cannot stay in one place too long. God is a God of transition. He requires movement. We cannot get cute and become stuck in breakthrough. God is sending us to a new realm called overflow. We can no longer settle for just enough. God wants to give us more than enough. The divine favor of God is resting on His people right now, but we have to see it. The devil can see it and that is why the attacks are so great. It does not matter if he attacks our body, our finances, our children, etc. The blood still works. We can plead the blood of Jesus. Many people are in danger of missing the move of God based on what we are seeing because we are not seeing what God is saying. God needs us to get on the watch post. Sometimes He requires us to withdraw from earthly things and fix our thoughts on things eternal. Sometimes we have to stand alone free from distraction, drama, criticism and judgment so God can show us what He is saying. We have to fix our attention on God. We spend a lot of time seeing things in the natural but we have to tune our inner ear because God wants to speak to us in the Spirit. We have to forget what people say and rely on what the Word of God says. We have to learn to focus on things that are going well, despite our mistakes and circumstances. God always makes a way. We have to start looking with our Spiritual Eye. We have to stop seeing things in the natural. We must write the vision. We must record what God is telling us. Then we have to run with it. There is not time to question, no time to walk and no time to play. We must run through it. The vision that we see is for an appointed time. God knows what He is doing and our deliverance has an appointment. Appointment is an established time or a set time. Though it tarry (appears to be delayed), We must wait for it. It will speak. Our appointment has a voice and it cannot lie. It will not wait forever. Many of us lose focus in the midst of waiting and we begin to focus on the circumstances BUT if we are able to see what God is saying and it appears to be delayed, we can rest assure that IT WILL SURELY COME! ~Bishop Coleman @ Work In Progress Ministries 3:30pm
