Are the current students at General Seminary willing and able to organize a boycott of classes taught by those crossing the picket line? A picket line is a sacred trust between all workers everywhere. To cross a picket line when a group of faithful workers have gone on strike due to unsafe work conditions is problematic to say the least. I would argue it is immoral. I understand that seminarians find themselves in variously difficult circumstances depending upon the direction of their bishops, but what sort of formation are they undergoing if moral clarity and acts of conscience will not be honored by management and ecclesiastical hierarchies in such clear cut circumstances?
