Are there any upsides to being poor? Not many. But here is one: You notice that when your family dont have money you can get 20 people to live socially in one house, 3 people can share one bed, everyone shares and is communal, your friends come over, you all do stuff together, you share clothes, your house has no front door or back door. etc etc. Now, the second one person gets rich, they build a house with a high wall, with 6 rooms for 2 people, you can no longer just show up at their house, you cannot go in their fridge and get anything, you certainly cannot sleep over in any of their 5 extra rooms. They got an empty car and drive pass you on the road. This is true the world over. And we are all guilt to some degree. Not sure why it is like this. Real talk.
