Are these not the BEST COSTUMES EVER? Check out this pic of the kids on their way out the door for their class Halloween parties! ....WHAT?? Oh, thats right. We cant have Halloween parties in the Bellevue School District. At least the kids can have Harvest Parties in their classrooms. No costumes are allowed, but at least theyll get to have treats like cupcakes and candy which theyll love. WHAT?? Oh, thats right. The school district has banned food of all kinds from coming into the school for any reason. Thank goodness for the awesome creative room Moms for making lemonade from lemons and throwing great parties anyway. Not that there will be any lemonade at the party, rest assured! At least we have our Valentines Day party to look forward to, during which we will encourage and celebrate the unwanted romantic advances between children, generating useless paper and plastic Valentine cards that end up in a landfill. Its so preposterous you have to laugh. Happy Halloween!
