Are they seriously going to retry Debra Milke? Besides the fact that shes clearly innocent, in my fantasy world where I am queen and dictate from my sofa, this is how the law goes......if the states most critical witness is a perjuring cop with a history of discipline problems related to his tendency to lie and perjure himself, and the state knowingly puts that lying sack of shit on the stand while actively concealing evidence establishing that hes a lying sack of shit in order to convict a woman and sentence her to death........when the the states deceit is discovered two decades later and the poor woman is finally set free, THEY DO NOT GET A SECOND SHOT.
