Are they totally stupid? Check out this Detour sign. It tells cars on Roselawn Drive to use my driveway as their detour route. Except it is a deadend that goes to my neighbours garage or my swimming pool. Someone could get killed or seriously injured tonight. Councillor Dilkens line tells me to leave him a message or in an emergency to call 311. 311 is closed. Public Works is closed but they have a 24 hour line that someone supposedly monitors. Windsor Police cannot do anything but they tell me that they will call Public Works. Windsor Fire tells me that they cannot touch the sign. Finally I get ahold of a live person at WUC , the only person on duty, and he tells me that he will come out and see what he can do. This City is falling apart. But hey, we have a new pool!
