Are we meeting your communication needs? As part of our accessibility work, we always make sure to do everything we can to meet everyone’s communication needs, whatever they may be. That’s why we’re particularly proud to receive this lovely message from one of our consumers. The delightful Ms Wethersby from Sheffield just warmed our hearts on this cold December day with this nice message to our adjudicator, Farzana: “May I take this opportunity to tell you that I am extremely grateful for your help in this matter - prior to contacting you, I was beginning to think no-one took my concerns seriously & even wondered if I was over reacting (although in my heart I knew I wasnt) so to have you uphold my complaint makes me feel somewhat vindicated & your adjudication has also returned my confidence & I no longer feel like a second class citizen.
