Are you NOT going to Conclave? If so, YOU HAVE 6 DAYS to vote on an important matter: The Conclave AGM next Saturday has several very important votes that may effect or even disband the club - votes that need your input even if you cant attend. We need 75% of the club to vote because some of the votes are about our Articles of Incorporation, for the vote to be valid - so even if you cant attend, you should vote! There are two ways to do that: 1) The easiest way is to vote online at camarilla.org.au/control/index.php?sec=rvo (login first). Pro: Takes about 5 minutes, you get prestige, thats it. Con: If the AGM changes the motion on the floor substantially, your vote gets changed to an abstain. 2) Give your completed proxy form camarilla.org.au/stuff/download.php?id=261 to a member going to the AGM. Pro: You can tell them how to vote, and even specify what to do if the motion is changed. Con: Requires some thought and writing that out in some detail. Please have you say, as these could effect how the club works.
