Are you a Freemason Your Honour? After spending a year in jail - TopicsExpress

Are you a Freemason Your Honour? After spending a year in jail as a result of a selective prosecution process by Canadas Tax Authorities, Eva Sydel, formed the opinion that she had been railroaded, wrongly convicted, and thrown in jail, for a year, by a couple of Freemasons helping each others careers, namely, British Columbia Provincial Court Judge, Paul Meyers, and Canada Customs and Revenue Agency Chief Enforcement Officer, Richard Olney. Sure she had an issue with Canadas Taxing Agency - almost everybody in Canada did - but she never lied to them and she was honestly trying to follow the law, in Canada, which is not an easy task when one considers that the Canadian Tax Code is thicker than the Bible and the Koran put together and intentionally written in a language more obscure than Egyptian heiroglyphics just so that nobody will be able to understand it. What Eva didnt figure on is that two Freemasons would rig the outcome of her case and what the two Freemasons, The Judge and the Chief Enforcement Officer, didnt figure on, is that they would be observed secretly signalling to each other during the prosecution, which is a criminal offence in Canada. At least, this is what she believed and thought were the facts, based on what she learned, after she was released from jail, and, as she studied the matter more deeply, she formed the opinion she should sort the matter out by asking a Court Of Law to review the case and what happened to her. The All Seeing Eye Sees Both Ways So, Eva Sydel filed her lawsuit, accusing the Judge and the Revenue Canada employee of being Freemasons and participating in what is essentially criminal conduct and, as part of the process, she sent a series of written questions, called Interrogatories, for the judge and the Revenue Canada employee to answer under Oath. Instead of answering the questions, as they are required to do under the law, the judge, the Revenue Canada employee and the two governments involved, the Government of Canada and the Government of British Columbia, immediately filed applications to prevent Eva Sydel from ever having her day in Court and they set the case before Justice Stephen Kelleher (shown in photo on right) of Vancouver, British Columbia, in March 2010, who refused to identify whether or not he was a Freemason or had any association with Freemasonry. The obvious conclusion is that Justice Stephen Kelleher refused to answer the question of whether or not he was a Freemason because he is a Freemason and he was on a mission. It is a pretty basic question and the judge should have answered the question and, if he was a Freemason, he should have withdrawn from the case because he had a conflict of interest due to the fact that Freemasons take a Blood Oath to protect their brothers and their secret. A few months later, in October 15, 2010, Eva Sydel was before another justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, namely, Justice Mariam Maisonville. The hearing was in regard to her request to Re-Open The Appeal of her conviction which she abandoned, while in prison, before she learned what her rights were. Of course, Eva Sydel, expected, again, that she should be able to put her case before someone who was not a Freemason, because, if the facts are correct, then a couple of Freemasons should be in jail for a long long time. And when Madam Justice Maisonville refused to reveal if she had any connections to Freemasonry the whole sordid case got a little dirtier and a bit more revealing about something very astonishing and frightening about Canadas Court System But, the case didnt stop there because when she appealed the decision of Justice Mainsonville, the Government of Canada immediately made a legal application to dismiss the appeal, on a technicality, and on January 21, 2011, when Eva Sydel asked Madam Justice Kathryn Neilson if she was a member of Freemasonry or if she had any association with Freemasonry, Justice Kathryn Neilson, also refused to answer the same simple and easy to answer question about whether or not she had a conflict of interest and although she did not immediately dismiss the appeal Justice Kathryn Neilson made a procedural ruling that astute observers rsuggest may be a veiled attempt to de-rail the appeal without a hearing on the merits. The decision of Justice Kathryn Neilson was appeal to a full three person panel of the British Columbia Court of Appeal where all of the judges on the panel will be asked to disclose if they are members of Freemasonry or if they have any association with Freemasonry. Then on February 18, 2011, at a procedural hearing to re-set the date for the hearing of the appeal, Justice Christopher Hinksion also refused to diclose if he was a member of Freemasonry and made another ruling that protected Freemasons hiding in the courts of Vancouver. Sitting as members of a three panel quorum of the Court Of Appeal, on the morning of March 4, 2011, Chief Justice Lance Finch, shown above left, and Justices Elizabeth Bennett, shown above center, and John Hall not shown, refused to answer the reasonable question: Are you a Freemason your honour? Later that afternoon, Justice Risa Levine, now shown, refused to answer a similar question. The reasonable and intelligent observer can only conclude that these Justices of the Court of Appeal - all politically appointed civil servants - are covering up something very, very, crooked. Ian Mulgrew, shown above right, is the leading Vancouver Sun columnist who covers legal cases but he is too cowardly to cover the really sensitive cases in Canada where a crooked judges fix the result. Does Justice Risa Levine have a Conflict of Interest? Madam Justice Levine was appointed as a Justice of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia in 2001 after serving as a Justice of the BC Supreme Court since 1995. Before being appointed to the bench, she practiced taxation law. She helped coordinate judicial education programs through the National Judicial Institute in Ottawa and has also served as a member of the Family Law Committee and the Education Committee of the BC Supreme Court. It is a curious co-incidence that one of the lawyers for he taxation section of the Department of Justice is named Jason Levine. More Suspected Freemasons at the BC Court of Appeal Eva Sydel appealed the decision of Justice Stephen Kelleher the judge who was so uneducated he didnt know how to answer a simple question: Are you a Freemason your honour? without taking a recess and calling for directions At the Court of Appeal she was met by a panel consisting of Judges Richard T.A. Lowe, Henry Franklin Tysoe and Pamela Kirkpatrick. The body language of the judges indicated they were clearly unhappy. The cabal of Freemasons operating inside the courthouse in Vancouver was now being exposed. As she had done on all previous occasions, Eva Sydel advised the court that the case involved allegations of case fixing by Freemasons and so she requested each judge disclose whether or not she or he was a Freemason or otherwise associated with Freemasonry. Justices Lowe, Tysoe and Kirkpatrick refused to make the requested disclosure, refused to follow binding legal precedent recently made by the Supreme Court of Canada and dismissed the appeal. We think this conduct by the named judges Lowe Tysoe and Kirkpatrick stinks. They are civil servants, not kings and queens. In a case involving Freemasons, a litigant is entitled to know if the judge is a Freemason. it is basic common sense. The judges were wrong and should be fired. What the Freemason judges dont know is that this web site is exposing their corruption and they will lose because readers from around the world are learning about how corrupt the British Columbia courts have become under Freemasonry. It is Time To Call The Police When Eva Sydel obtained a sworn affidavit from a witness that he had observed Judge Paul Meyers and Canadian Tax Enforcement Officer Richard Olney engage in what appeared to be a form of Freemasonic hand signals between each other during the prosecution proceedings brought against her, she figured it was time to bring in the police and ask for a full investigation. Then, in October, 2010, after Justice Stephen Kelleher refused to answer the question of whether or not he was a Freemason, she wrote both police forces, again, to broaden their investigation to include Justice Stephen Kelleher who was, obviously, a Freemason on a mission, because, if he wasnt a Freemason, he would have answered the question by saying he was not a member of that notable organization. And, the story gets more complicated, because legal research now shows that Freemasonry, in Canada, is a criminal organization that has been operating for decades in violation of the Unlawful Societies Act. This legal opinion does not apply to the United States where, presumably, Freemasonry is completely legal. It is Time To Call National Security Eva Sydel is a patriotic Canadian and, when she suspected that Freemasons had infiltrated Canadas Taxation Authority, Revenue Canada, and the Provincial Court in British Columbia, she decided it was time to alert Canada Security and Intelligence Service, also known as CSIS, because Freemasonry, in British Columbia, is headquartered in London, England, a foreign country that has inter-meddled in Canada for hundreds of years. Click Here to read Eva Sydels letter to CSIS revenuecanada666/national-security---csis---alerted-to-freemasons-infiltrating-government.html It is Time To Call The Judicial Council. Are Canadian Judges Kelleher, Maisonville and Neilson Freemason Criminals helping their brothers and sisters instead of doing right? Canada is one of those countries that is very organized so there is a governing body for everyone and, if you are having trouble with a judge, who is drunk, making a pass at you, asking you to pay a bribe, or otherwise being a crook, you have a right to report that kind of bad conduct to the Canadian Judicial Council which is exactly what Eva Sydel did. Well, Eva Sydel had a complaint about Mr. Justice Kelleher because he refused to tell her if he was secretly a Freemason. It was a reasonable question to ask, in the circumstances where she was complaining to the court that two Freemasons had fixed her case, and, based on what happened, it sure looks like Justice Kelleher is a Freemason and he was on a crooked mission, but you can read the letter and you can be the judge. So, Eva Sydel decided to file another complaint with the Canadian Judicial Council and Canadas Minister of Justice the Honorable Rob Nicholson Time to Call The Grand Secretary for the Grand Lodge of British Columbia When the Governments of Canada and British Columbia refused to answer Eva Sydels fair question of whether or not Judge Paul Meyers and Revenue Canada Enforcement Officer Richard Olney were Freemasons, and Judge Paul Meyers and Revenue Canada Enforcement Officer Richard Olney refused toanswer the same fair and simple question of whether or not they were Freemasons and when Justice Stephen Kelleher refused to answer the same fair and simple question of whether or not he was a Freemason, Eva Sydel decided it was time to contact the Grand Secretary of the Grand Lodge of British Columbia and the Yukon and see if he would be willing to assist with the due administration of justice in British Columbia, Canada.
