Are you a coach or therapist (chiro, PT, ATC, etc) who works with athletes? Are you an athlete who takes their training into their own hands? We have accumulated and organized 80+ exercises in a useful system that tells you what your best and worst exercises are, and thus what types of exercises you should do more of in your training to reduce current injuries and future injury risk. Rest is NOT the answer!! If you weigh 165# and can do 10 pull ups - what should your standing shoulder press be? If you weigh 185# and can do 20 strict dips, how many times should you be able to dead lift 425#? If you dont know those numbers, and youre treating either person for shoulder or back injuries - you need to tell them whether they should do more or less pushing, or more or less dead lifting - NOT that they need 6 weeks to six months of rest Check out stayactiveclinic/seminars for info and registration for our level 1 seminar in late June!!
