Are you a mommy working to toning your abs? Or maybe just working on slimming and toning your mid section.... These moves are a total must! Move one: while your feet are hip width apart or slightly wider hold a medium weight in your left hand. While holding your core tight reach the weighted hand down towards your knee! DO NOT shift your hip....Keep everything tight and feel those abs work! Complete 30 seconds on each side or about 20 reps on each side. Move two: while laying flat and keeping your lower back touching the floor reach your hands and feet straight up to the sky! Slowly lower your arms into a fly and your legs down to the floor as close as you can without touching the floor, then raise them back up to straight position! 60 seconds for this move! Now dance around a bit and repeat 3 more times through!
