Are you a participator, cheerleader, or spectator? Back in 1995, I was one of twelve people Larry Ellison (former Oracle CEO) hand picked to start the Oracle re-seller program so I must know something about relationship building. Ya think? Add me on LinkedIn to understand my background:https://linkedin/in/toddschweich If you are a business person that has a Facebook account but does not have a LinkedIn profile, chances are you are lost and narcissistic. There are three types of people on Facebook. My bad, I meant SOCIETY. 1.) There is the minority who are TRUE PARTNERS/PARTICIPATORS, understand the value of long term relationship building, and promote the RIGHT people for alliance purposes; the key phrase here is long term. The RIGHT people are those who think BIG; BIG means global not a major city. This small percentage of people pound the ball 30 times for their partners and pay the price because they have vision. 2.) Then you have the cheerleaders who will LIKE others post, root them on, but dont invest any significant time into their so-called friends project. A typical trait of these cheerleader will occasionally pour salt on the people helping their so called friends because again they are not willing to invest the time and do not have the skills.3.) Then of course you have the spectator who we all know does nothing.
