Are you a runner? How much time do you spend stretching or working your muscles in a different way? I love doing PiYo as a balance to my running or higher intensity workouts. It makes me feel more balanced in many ways! Plus, you can do it from anywhere! Heres an example of some core and balance moves from PiYo. Im not perfect and my balance varies from day to day, but everyday I work on it it gets better. Flexibility is important as we age!
