Are you a woman, possibly a mum? Working, juggling home, kids, commitments? Pleasing the fam with meal choices is just... Blah or even grrrrr??? You are, generally healthy yet feeling fatigued every damn day!!! Waking up after a full nights sleep doesnt seem to change that. And further more, you have a good idea of what you should do to feel better, after all you arent living under a rock! (Eat a balanced diet, no packets, exercise, sleep 8 hours, organic food, lots of F&V/lots of protein/vegetarian is better/low fat/high fat arrgh) And of course, keep a clean house, be put together at work, laugh more, walk the dog, get sunshine, meditate, make hubby feel special, take time out for yourself, dont forget your friends- or your MUM!!! (It almost makes you lol) BUT... Honestly, objectively, truth be known, you arent reeeeeeaaallly doing it, are you? Cmon sista, are any of us? Arguable!
