Are you afraid of camping alone? Do you research by yourself or with others? Just curious. Me? I am not keen on camping or doing research solo. We are often miles from help and out of cell coverage. Having a buddy also makes it more fun as well as someone to assist in validating what you perceive as evidence. Other good ideas are to mark with a GPS locations where you may have picked up cell coverage as well as potential helispots where a medical helicopter could land for a medivac. You never know. Plan for the unexpected.
