We are looking for a pool of dynamic casual staff who are passionate about informing and influencing students into making the most of their time at RMIT. This role is all about maximising peer to peer interactions through customer service and sales of RMIT Link programs. Students will be required to have an outgoing, positive, and friendly approach. Students who have had a deep engagement in Link programs such as clubs or collectives, uni games, trips and tours, and the arts should apply! Similar work experience such as in community organisations as program officers or in retail will be highly regarded. Your duties will include, but not be limited to: - Flexibility to work within and represent all RMIT Link areas; Arts and Culture, Campus Store, City Fitness gym and Sport and Recreation - On-selling fantastic opportunities to students through Link services, programs and products through outstanding customer service and communication - Working both independently and as part of a team to reach sales/membership targets - Processing program registrations - Following administrative procedures, cash handling and reconciliation. - Assisting with events and promotions Please submit a cover letter telling us why you are the right person to motivate others to get involved in all aspects of uni life and to help create an unforgettable student experience.
