Are you are experiencing pain in your feet? Look at the type of shoes you are wearing. Shoes that dont give you proper support, are ill-fitting, or are simply worn out can all cause foot pain. Replacing your shoes with new, properly fitted,correctly supported ones is important. Take your current workout shoes as well as the shoes you work in or wear most of the day so they can be evaluated. If the shoes are healthy and fit added support and or cushion may make all the difference. If you feel exercising is the culprit, take a break from your normal routine and see if that helps. You may also find relief using ice. Try this - take a water bottle, fill with water and put in the freezer. when you can, sit remove shoes and socks and roll the ice bottle for 5 to 10 minutes from toes to back of heel. At the same time try over-the-counter or natural anti-inflammatories so you are working with both inner and outer inflammation.
