Are you feeling unfulfilled and void deep down inside? Have you searched far and wide, high and low, and done everything humanly possible to find fulfillment, but in all of your attempts, you still find yourself defeated, broken, and empty? It is written that “Man shall NOT live by bread alone, BUT by EVERY Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God” (Deuteronomy 8:3, Matthew 4:4, Luke 4:4) Notice that it did NOT say “Man shall NOT live by bread alone”, but by every piece of food, article of clothing, pair of shoes, stacks of money, multitude of houses, garage full of cars, every materialistic thing that money can buy, or every person that you know. Food, clothes, shoes, money, houses, cars, all the materialistic things that money can buy, and even people CANNOT (EVER) fill this void. It is also written in 2 Peter 1:3 (AMP), “For His divine power has bestowed upon us all things that [are requisite and suited] to life and godliness, through the [full, personal] knowledge of Him Who called us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue)” EVERYTHING we need that pertains to life and godliness has ALREADY been provided to us by the MOST HIGH GOD. God created mankind (male and female) to have sustenance, not just through mere physical food alone, BUT by HIS HOLY LIVING WORD. According to dictionary, the definition for sustenance is: means of sustaining life; nourishment; means of maintenance; livelihood. The WORD of God is our means of sustaining life, nourishment, our means of maintenance, and our very livelihood. I submit that the reason why MANY of have been running on EMPTY for far too long is because you’re hungry for the nutrients that can ONLY come from the LIVING WORD OF GOD. I’ve got GOOD NEWS for you! You don’t have to stay hungry anymore if don’t want to. Notice I said “if you don’t want to”, because the choice is ALL YOURS (Deuteronomy 30:19).
