Are you getting enough Sleep? Do Not Underestimate the Power of Sleep. Sleep is Critical for you to function at optimal levels, it is debatable of how much each person requires. As you become more in tune and conscious of your sleep cycles you will be able to honor them with ease, rather than wreck havoc on a critical component to your health. I have learned with my own research of clients exercise, nutrition and sleep habits that the missing element for most of them is consistency and a schedule. Chronic sleep restriction is a stress on the body. Sleep is when the body rejuvenates and repairs.
