Are you interested in our On Ramp but the class times dont work for your schedule? We offer a one-on-one On Ramp that fits everything you need to know into six 1-hour personal training sessions that can be completed in as little as two weeks! One of our members, Stephanie, works nights and needed a training schedule that wasnt too early..or too late. Heres what she had to say about her experience completing the On Ramp this way: I chose the option for the one-on-one On Ramp training primarily for the convenience and flexibility of scheduling the sessions. Receiving more individualized attention was important to me as was learning proper form and developing good habits. The coaches are amazingly motivating and really take the time to explain things in detail. I’m one of those people who want to know why I’m doing something, not just how to do it. Choosing the individualized sessions gave me the opportunity to ask my questions without feeling as though I was interrupting a class. The one-on-one option also enabled me to finish the On Ramp in two weeks rather than four, allowing me to join in the regular classes sooner. I wanted to get going!!! I would recommend this option to anyone venturing into CrossFit for the first time.
