Are you kidding me! After a week of emails and phone calls regarding their screw up and Amazon sending me an email that my product was delivered - which it was not! Not sure where it was delivered but not to my house. Numerous phone calls and emails they finally said they would refund my money - which has still not hit my bank account despite them saying it shows on their end. They then said they would pay for overnight delivery of the product which was supposed to be here today. Surprise! Its not here! Yet another phone call to them to which they said they will refund my money even if the product arrives. Why does this not seem to be an acceptable answer? We pay a lot of money for Prime membership and even when they pay the overnight fee, they cant deliver the product. They claim it will be here tomorrow and will not charge me. Wonder what will happen with the next product I order?
