Are you lacking motivation to workout or eat healthy right now? Its ok, youre not alone, Ive been feeling the same way. You know what though, TODAY is the time to make a change and do what you know you should regardless of how you feel. Why put off and do tomorrow what you can get done today right?!?! You know what gives me that extra push to get back on track when Ive fallen off, or get my workout in when I have every excuse in the book not to? Its YOU guys and the support and accountability of my team and challenge groups. Perk #4,875 why I love being a coach. 😊 I got my workout done despite my excuses, I modified a ton, I still maxed out, and now I feel so dang good! Im telling you, if youre feeling sluggish from the holiday weekend, make the choice NOW to do something positive for your health. Sweat, eat, sleep, repeat. 🙌 And if you need that extra accountability, push, and guidance, I want to help you! I have a few really exciting challenge groups coming up the beginning of January-which is right around the corner, eek!
