Are you looking for a cute little chubby Dachshund? Well here she is! Sis is an adorable little chunk of a Dachshund. She is around 8 years old and was surrendered to the Animal Advocacy when her owner was no longer able to take care of her. Sis is good with other dogs and not sure of the cats (she is extremely curious of rabbits). Sis is a little possessive of food and will not share with other dogs. This is something that a little bit of training will help, She loves to go for walks and does very well on a leash. Sis is a bit overweight and needs extra exercise to help shed a few pounds. Sis is doing well on her house training and sometimes needs to be coaxed to to outside. She really loves to bask and relax in the sunshine. Sis has been spayed, is current on vaccinations, tested negative for heartworm and is also micro chipped. She also has had some blood work done and a dental with some extractions. You can find her available for adoption this weekend at the Canyon Rim (3191 East 3300 South) Saturday, December 6th and Sunday, December 7th from 11-3. Stop by and adopt this chunky monkey!
