Are you looking to live in Rawai, near Nai Harn Beach. I am vacating my 2 bedroom house in the soi next to Kallots Restaurant (opposite Super Cheap) on Soi Sai Juan. I am paid up until next year. So I am looking for someone to take it over almost immediately and repay me for the months already paid, (two). It is unfurnished and the rent is very reasonable if you pay a year or so in advance. You will have to be vetted by the landlord. Call for details, But - Only call me if you are seriously interested and can move (and pay me) quickly.
