Are you our future housemate? Room in SW Berkeley House with Big Garden – July 16 - $934 We are two women in our mid-30s looking for a roommate to share our beautiful 3 bedroom house on Harmon St., right around the corner from Actual cafe. The house, a bright and sunny 3 BR, 1 BA place with a recently remodeled kitchen and shiny hardwood floors, has a huge backyard full of berries and raised beds ready to rock many rounds of beautiful veggies. Ideally we would LOVE to find someone who shares an interest in gardening and is interested in participating in a household based on our shared values of conscious living and healthy communication. Our newly forming household will be a warm, open space that holds a family vibe while at the same time honors our respective needs for personal space and independence. We are looking for someone who is laid back, neat, and who can navigate this spectrum in a healthy and conscious way. We are interested in gender balance, so we’d love a guy, but we’re open to all. Ideal move-in is July 16, rent is $934 for a medium-sized bedroom attached to the bathroom (of course there is another bathroom door out to the hallway). Who we are: Tali is a Canadian permaculturist who now finds herself on the acupuncture and oriental medicine track. Music maker, cook, medicine maker, lover of life... Julie is transitioning out of a career managing a nature-based nonprofit and into the field of coaching and consulting. She loves nature, yoga, community, spirituality and riding her bike.
