Are you out to do some damage to the reputation of another? Why? Do you think that pleases God? Why do you get satisfaction from doing harm to that person? No so long ago, I learned a group of people were saying bad things about me and I could not understand why. I had not ever tried to do any of them harm. I guess that they just did not like me. I still don’t understand why. But I have come to accept that some people evidently get pleasure out causing pain to someone they target as their enemy or who they see as a threat to them in some way. So what would Jesus do in that situation. I learned from re-reading His words that I must love them and pray for them. So I started doing that and continue to do that even today. I may not ever understand why but I understand what I am supposed to.
