Are you overweight, an over-eater and cant seem to get full? Eat a huge cucumber salad and half a sandwich. Slice up 5 cucumbers, remove peel. Then make a lemon/lime-garlic(very little)-cayenne-pepper salt dressing. Your bowl will be pretty big (like a mini party platter). On top of that plop a nice spoonful of vegan raw tuna if you want. Then after that cucumber salad, if you are still hungry you can eat a half sandwich and u will feel very full! So basically fill yourself up with cucumber and lemon/lime dressing prior to a meal. You can even drink the dressing! Its a medicinal and detoxifying formula. Also dipping the sandwich in your dressing is also nourishing and gives that nice kick!
