Are you pregnant or know someone who is? Have you had a c-section and/or planning to have one (again)? EVERY ONE of you should see this! A gentle family-centered c-section is possible! Many moms dont realize it, and many providers dont offer it up even though it is completely possible & sooo much better for mom & baby!! Even if you arent planning on it, every birth could potentially end in a c-section (currently, 1 in 3 does); educate yourself on what to discuss with your care provider beforehand and what your rights are to request in every birth scenario. The more we talk about our options & ask for better care, the better experiences well have!
