Are you ready for bootcamp?? Couple of things youll need to bring - a drink bottle, a sweat towel and an open mind to what you can achieve! Also if you have your own exercise mat, bring it - I have a few but theyll be first in first serve and arent your designer yoga mats :p Tips for week one of Winter Bootcamp: 1. Load up on fuel at least 90 minutes prior to class! Include healthy, slow burning carbs - food helps us burn fat! 2. Have something prepared to re-load the tank after your workout. Ensure it has a good dose of low-fat protein - this helps your muscles recover and get stronger! 3. Drink plenty of water! Aim for 2 litres a day - yes youll have to visit the toilet a lot but youll be flushing out some of those toxins while keeping your body hydrated.. Plus youre more likely to feel fuller and need less of those naughty snacks!! :D
