Day 27 - Abs AND Legs PLUS 20 MINUTES OF CARDIO Seated Trunk Rotations 15 sets 5-6 reps Crunch 40 sets 6-8 reps Single Leg Extensions 10 sets each leg 4-5 reps Double Leg Lift 20 sets 4-5 reps Squats 40 sets 6-8 reps Lunge 30 sets each leg 6-8 reps Standing HIp Abduction and Adduction (hold on to the chair for stability) 25 sets each side 6-8 reps Calf Raises 20 sets 3-4 reps
