Are you ready to start the change in lifestyle challenge tomorrow??? This is the plan. Make sure you have a workout routine ready to go for the next 30 days and stick to it. Make this a priority, not an option. I will be doing Insanity Max 30 at home and also running a few miles per week. Be active! Modify the way you eat. Having a healthy meal plan in place is over 75% of the battle. Measure your portions and control the things that you should not be eating. Drink plenty of water, cut the amount of sweets you eat and have healthy snacks. Post your progress and challenges in this page. Having a support group is key in your success. Ask questions, post pictures of your food and share your concerns. Be realistic... You will not lose 50 pounds doing this. However, set realistic goals and expectations. Tomorrow morning do a weigh in and take body measurements. Write them down and compare at the end of the 30 day challenge. The first week will be very challenging, trust the process. You are part of my challenge group and need your support as well. Ready? Lets do this!
