Are you ruining your diet with "healthy" food for breakfast. Yogurt and granola for breakfast sounds very healthy! But..... depending on what kind you buy, you might as well be eating ice cream. Some yogurt has 20+ grams of sugar per single serving and lots of granola is overly sweetened. Stick to organic non #GMO plain yogurt and buy some healthy granola. Avoid "fruit on the bottom" yogurts, just cut up your own fresh fruit and add them into plain yogurt.
