Are you still buying the US Dollar? Over the course of the past several weeks I have been sharing my analysis and forecast of the USD/CAD currency pair. Initially we isolated a strong confluence level of higher time frame support that lead us into a rally of just under 500 pips. I currently remain bullish the pair, however, as we all know currencies cycles do not move in straight lines and at some point we can expect a corrective cycle to develop. Currently we are indeed seeing a corrective cycle unfold which could potentially lead us into another opportunity on the pair, but first we need to take a step back and look at the entire scope of the market and other factors that could influence the direction of the Looney.
