Try joining a group class whether it be aerobic in nature or a boot camp style with some weights really just anything that makes you move. Not only will you gain psychological and social benefits of these by meeting like-minded people but this type of fitness generally results with lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and resting heart rate. Not to mention it can and will decrease body fat, anxiety, tension and just give you an overall sense of well being.
