Are you sure Sam Clovis is such a champion of the grassroots? He was willing to devalue the Iowa caucus just because he thought there might be a different winner than his preferred candidate. I think a Paul win would be devastating for the state of Iowa and the caucus process, added Sam Clovis, an influential talk radio host in northwest Iowa who endorsed Rick Santorum on Monday. Id prefer a Senate candidate who actually defends the Iowa Caucus and our First-in-the-Nation status, but not at the detriment of the grassroots.
