Are you that girl? I have played a pivotal role in hundreds and hundreds of transformations, 3 of which are pictured below....and I just want to say further to Mondays post that you are not some physiological freak that CANT physically transform! You may have medical contraindications (think thyroid, PCOS, chronic fatigue) that adds extra challenges, or you simply may have failed and failed and failed before but I am here to say, you CAN be that girl. And if that is to take it a step further and get on stage - Im here to say again - you can! Feeling beautiful, fit and healthy should be a daily activity, not a “how to” lesson in the pages of a magazine. A day without insecurity is a day to look forward to. How about you get busy and secure KNOWING that you too can change? Go on, I challenge you. Change your focus. If you commit to change your lifestyle and your eating habits for good and stop seeing it as something you are just going to try out then you will get the results you desire, but it requires you to make the commitment to yourself and to be FULLY involved in this new you! How good would it feel to actually follow through, to be consistent, to be patient, to do the small things day in, day out, whilst practicing self-compassion, not getting frustrated, not chucking it in when it gets too hard. Go out on a limb for once, get away from that stable tree trunk. Why? Because the fruit is out there at the end of the branches girls. Yes its a little uncomfortable and you might be swaying in the breeze from time to time - but it and you are worth it.
