I am going to be doing as week long group for you to be able to workout and stay accountable to get those last few pounds off! You can choose any workout you would like to do as long as it is 30 minutes a day, you can run, find a workout from Pinterest you have been wanting to try out, or a Beachbody workout of you have one!
