Are you trying to lose weight or eat healthier? Dont focus on the foods you cant eat. Focus on the foods you can eat. Experiment and make subtle changes every day. For instance, I made roasted Brussels sprouts tonight to pack for Spiros supper. Well, I thought for something different, I would roast them with tiny bits of turkey bacon so that I could take a picture and show you how you can incorporate foods you like to try out new foods. Well, after I packed his food - we tried them - and needless to say, I have to buy more Brussels sprouts cuz we ate em all. LOL Anyway, take the word cant out of your diet. The healthier you eat, youll realize you dont want those foods any more. And when you do, its ok to have a bit, its not going to kill you. Well, unless that little bit ends up being every day again and over indulging. We dont have to age and think disease is normal. That little green brussel sprout or quinoa stuffed mushroom can be your magic pill. AND it costs a lot less than a RX without the terrible side effects. You can do this, I promise.
