Are you working on your teddy bear(s) to contribute to the Teddy Bear Project? We collect the bears on Wed, Nov 5th, 7PM at the Center. Heres Mario with some of the lovely bears he made for us to give away one year. We just got confirmed for our show on Sun, Dec 21st at a long-term healthcare facility in the Bronx with 108 beds. And given that 2 of the facilities in Manhattan that served People With AIDS just closed due to lack of funding (among other dubious reasons), we expect that all 108 beds will be filled. After our Holiday Show, we give each person a gift bag with your fabulous bears stuffed inside. We are so grateful for your generosity, as is each of the folks who receives your gift. So buy a bear, make a bear, build a bear, give a bear...show you care.
