Areas of fog have developed this morning across most of north central Montana east of Interstate 15, including the Great Falls and Lewistown areas. Most areas will likely have visibility reduced to between 2 and 5 miles. However, reports of fog with visibility of much less than 1 mile have been received from portions of Judith Basin and Fergus Counties. Therefore, a Freezing Fog Advisory is in effect there until 11 am MST. Roadways and sidewalks are still snow covered and icy across this area, especially in the Advisory area, so allow yourself extra time to reach your destination! The fog should lift later this morning, but areas of low clouds will likely persist throughout the day.
