Argh. Im pretty sure the hard drive on my big screen iMac just died. I tried a reboot, but can only get a white screen. :( This sux bilgewater, because I was doing a bunch of artwork on it these days. Plus, long weekend. Double argh. Work on Tuesday so no fix until Wednesday-ish - requires long trip to Regina, and lugging heavy computer into Apple store. Thank goodness I have an external hard drive. The clue (which I ignored, like Penny on BigBangTheory ignores her check engine light) was a constant annoying popup for a few days, telling me that Time Machine was not able to back up. So, backup plan list: 1. Go to gym (...nah..) 2. Read a book (Touching a nerve, by Patricia Churchland, or Neurobiology of Social Grooming) 3. Then blog about them 4. Go get some groceries and cook them Yeah, theres a lot I can do instead for a few days.
