Arise Meta Humans Meta humanity is a term used to describe what I perceive the next evolution of human development to be beyond the defined social programs of the current “normal”. It is a calling to awareness that which exists behind the many masks of our human play. The One eye (I) that we all share and from which our human psycho drama pours forth. The human condition is not easy to navigate at times. The territory we occupy is one of identification and projection, filled with mythology (stories), archetypal stereotypes, symbols of meaning and rituals . The human condition is tied up in a set of paradoxes including but not limited to that of being and doing, masculinity and femininity and of course heroism and tyranny (light, dark,Good VS Shadow, evil). This duality may also be summed up in the struggle between created self (Ego) and the original self (essential awareness). If we look we can see that humanity is, as it has always been, on a heroes journey. What this means in practical terms is that each of us as individuals is taking part in an evolutionary process that is inching humanity forward and playing out a kind of self-created group destiny. Now more than ever the mirrors of our own creation are right in our faces. What is interesting to me in the notion of Meta humanity is that we have available to us now all that we need to explore and escape that which no longer serves us and in turn recreate and transmute it into something more amazing. What I am proposing is not a quick fix or some new agey proposition neither is it stifled by the pervious social presuppositions of tradition and political correctness. What I am proposing is a self-responsible humanity and that means each individual claiming sovereign identity, capability of their behaviour. This is my answer to the paralysis of choice that exists in our modern world. Not for the feint of heart this is a journey of true discovery and an embracing of the creative unknown, something that makes allot of people very uncomfortable indeed. In Fact many people will kill to keep their sense of certainty untainted. Opposing ideals are considered sacrilege to many and in fact it has been noted that the more singularly focused one becomes in identity the greater the tendency towards violence. This makes sense as the singular identity has had so much investment that it seeks to protect its overarching power and undermine and eradicate anything that opposes it. In any case I am proposing a dynamic open frame of living based on an embodied and integrated perception. This world view is not static and instead it opens the doors to the mystical and magickal . If we want to change the world I prefer to speak of “mutation”. If we want to transform reality, we begin with ourselves, We do not ask the world to change and we do not fight against society. It has to be ourselves who affirm our own values. - Alehandro Joderowsky The values of the meta human are along the lines of arts, music, science, mathematics, religion, love, philosophy, truth, justice, ethics, history, beauty, compassion, sensitivity, companionship, equality, creativity, education, wisdom, unity, inner calm, insight or enlightenment, mysticism, magick and freedom to move and adapt within the duality of doing creativity and being neutrally aware. To be Metahuman is to recognise the full contextual scope of our nature, to live in such a way as to achieve our highest possible human goals and to help others to do the same. In many ways metamotivated people treat the pursuit of ends as ends in themselves, in other words the means become the ends and satisfaction with the ongoing processes become our ultimate goals. In this evolutionary view the end ceases to be a fixed goal but becomes an ever expanding set of possibilities which can be continuously experienced - in other words it is not the winning but the taking part that is important. We see these metavalues in the behaviour of contented people everywhere, whether artists, gardeners, explorers, philanthropists, mystics or whoever. Each shows a transcendence of those values we have designated as the lower levels, and this indicates to us that all those higher values that best motivate and satisfy in other fields (the metavalues) should ideally form part of a value related science also.
