Arkansas State Militia Corp. Unconstitutional Acts The President has a method to pass bills through Congress with no debate allowed. This way is called “suspension of regular order”. These so-called suspension bills are meant to be non-controversial, thereby negating the need for the more complete and open debate allowed under regular order. The President is using that to pass horrendous laws that are anything but non-controversial”. The following is a short list of some of the laws that the presidents are getting passed under the radar: (click the bill name to see for yourself.) H.R. 3162 The Patriot Act: Named as such so that it would seem to be unpatriotic to oppose it. Very little of the Patriot Act has anything to do with a foreign enemy. The Patriot Act allows search warrants to be issued without probable cause, a complete disregard for your Bill of Rights Forth Amendment that guarantees against unreasonable search and seizures. S. 3930 The Military Commissions Act: Suspends Habeas Corpus, permitting someone to be held forever with no charges and allows convictions based on evidence literally beaten out of a witness. Especially scary since FEMA, in conjunction with Halliburton, is current building detention camps all over the US and the fact that H.R. 1955 defines a homegrown terrorist as anyone who disagrees with the US government. Bush also snuck a provision into this bill that pardons the president from prosecution of any war crime, creating immunity retroactively. H.R. 1955 Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorist Act: Defines many patriotic Americans as homegrown terrorists. Identifies not only violence against the government as terrorism, but also basically any type of force, protest or idea. The bill specifically identifies the Internet as a tool of radicalization. H.R.2640 The Veterans Disarmament Act: Violates 2nd Amendment. Already, any veteran that has even been diagnosed with any post traumatic stress disorder, has been illegitimately added to the National Criminal Information System to bar them from owning guns. This act expands on that, including anyone ever diagnosed with an illness affecting the brain (depression?). The name of the bill was recently changed to the NCIS Improvement Amendments Act to help hide the purpose of the bill. An important facet in the move to fascism is the disarmament of the public, and this is another giant step. H.R.5122/H.R.4986 National Defense Authorization Act: Basically allows the President to declare martial law at any time and use the military against U.S. citizens. Allows the President to move military troops into a state without the consent of the states governor. It repeals the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 that outlaws military operations against the American people. In addition: To further squash 1st Amendment rights, many government agencies now commonly prevent peaceful protests by creating “anti-protest zones”. Protests are only allowed in what is known as a “free speech area”, which is typically very far away from where the protesters can be seen. Protesters are assaulted and arrested if they do voluntarily move to the “free speech area”. The last paragraph of the declaration of independence states, “In every stage of these Oppressions We have petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”
