Arleens prayer for Yom Kippur: On this day, I repent for these sins (aka, things Amy whines about): When Amy says, No, Arleen, I hear, Wha wha, wha wha. When Amy says, Come Arleen, I also hear, Wha wha, wha wha. When food is left up on the counter, I assume its mine. When food is left on the kitchen table, its also mine. When food is left in the trash, its at ground level, so its definitely mine. When Amy says Im not allowed in her bedroom, she didnt specify her bed. When people and dogs in my neighborhood hear me bark at them from the car window, they just have to get used to it (Im the boss!). When Amy holds that plastic thing to her ear in her office and starts speaking, I assume shes talking to me, so of course I respond. And so I ask for forgiveness. P.S.: Can we start tomorrow? There was some good stuff in the trash today.
