Arm balance play time with this funky variation of grasshopper. Way harder than bringing the extended leg over to the side if you ask me. A few tips are to open your hips up first in Pigeon pose, enter the pose from revolved chair (parivrtta utkatasana) with your right foot just above your left knee, place that right foot as high up on your right tricep as possible so it wont slip down, root down with your hands & activate your core (uddiyana bandha) to lift the extended leg. Once its extended keep drawing your elbows in towards the midline. Take deep breaths & have fun with it! :)
