Arm day! Try this 4 exercise circuit for bigger arms! 1) Dumbbell/Cable Bicep Curl = 4 x 8 -10 reps 2) Dumbbell/Cable Hammer Curls = 4 x 8 - 10 reps 3) Cable Rope Overhead Triceps = 4 x 8 - 10 reps 4) Weighted Dips = 4 x 8 - 10 reps Tip for #1 = Only move your forearm. Hold the contracted position and then lower the dumbbell/cable back down to the starting position as you inhale. Tip for #2 = Keep your elbows in and your upper arms stationary as much as you can. Tip for #3 = Keep your elbows in close to your head and get a full stretch at the bottom of the movement.
