Armando certainly was a character. He often put on a gruff exterior to hide the pussycat inside. And his sense of humor, all I can say is more than once I told him I wouldnt have his back if HR came after him, but then I asked women in the office if they were offended, and the answer always was, Nah, its just Armando. He had a lot of talent as a journalist, a lot more than most editors ever saw, because he always just wanted to do what he wanted to do when he wanted to do it. But then when he did it, if you were honest, youd have to say, thats really good. And it frustrated him to no end that he never once was able to fool me with one of his pranks.
