Army Reserve Soldiers, While work remains to bring RLAS to - TopicsExpress

Army Reserve Soldiers, While work remains to bring RLAS to full functionality, it is important that all Soldiers know that pay for all types of duty is occurring as quickly as it did when RLAS was functional. The USAR Pay Center is processing all types of duty within 1-2 days of receipt and was augmented recently by a platoon of Army Reserve finance Soldiers to ensure manual pay processing continues matching the timeliness of actions processed in RLAS. Help is needed with manual active duty order publication, however. The volume of pay requests for active duty over the past month is only 50% of the volume for the same period last year. This means payment for orders for Annual Training (AT), Active Duty for Training (ADT), Active Duty for Operational Support - Reserve Component (ADOS-RC) and schools are half of what is expected and Soldiers are missing training opportunities or experiencing unnecessary pay delays Army Reserve active duty orders are being paid with the same efficiency as they were with RLAS. Do not cancel or postpone annual training, attendance/enrollment in schools, or any other Army Reserve active duty order publication because of the RLAS outage. Publish manual orders, attend training, and submit manual pay requests. Soldiers will receive pay for active duty orders on time as long as proper procedures are observed. Ensure you and your Soldiers are getting the training they need. Contact your unit administrator with any questions. Thank you for your continued service!
