Army Soldier Killed, 2 Injured in Firing on LoC in Jammu JAMMU: An Army soldier was killed and two injured in cross border firing along the Line of Control in Jammu region of Jammu and Kashmir. “An Army jawan was killed while two injured when Pakistan troops opened fire in Nathu Tibba area of Keri Sub- Sector in Akhnoor this morning at around 1100 hrs,” official sources here said. They said that one jawan was injured when a landmine exploded along the LoC while two others got injured in exchange of firing. “All the three injured were shifted to the hospital where one succumbed,” he added. The deceased was identified as Bhikeli Uttam Badu of 2 Maratha and the injured were Head Constable Vindor Kumar and Lance Naik Anmol Kumar of 4 Engineers Regiment.
